All the issue was with the directory path saved at DOCMAN default. So maybe you encounter similare issue, you can contact your hosting company and ask them to change the ownership on specifics file or all files depending of the case, this mostly Also make sure the /dmdocuments folder is writable. Plz help me. The tempfile is writable and in the root with a correct path entry in the global settings.
