Kernel Power Error
My PSU is a seasonic which is suppose to be very durable, on top of that i protect it with a surge protector. HTPC - Asus Sabertooth-Corsair HX750-EVGA GTX 670 SC- 17-3770K- 2 X Samsung 840 EVO, 2 X 2TB Seagate, Corsair 600T. Well maybe that can help some of you in the same situation. It also loads everything on my desktop/taskbar abnormally slow. It happens while playing Dead Space 3 within 5 minutes, but happens during other games occasionally. In your case, it's very strange that a Seasonic gets you trouble, but I would return it for warranty. Please check if there is any problem and what the solution for this issue.

Same problem for over a year now, tried every possible solution. I never was able to track down exactly what the cause was because I changed so many things. I cannot confirm whether or not it was the PSU or Drivers, unfortunately. I had a look at the windows logs event viewer and on the system there was this kernel power error 41.
